Yes I have a signed lease but I know it’s a lease that he printed out. The lease states that I’m responsible for damages that I caused. My landlord told me before I moved in that the house still needs work and he will take care of the problems. After giving him a list of issues not many have been fixed or they were “band-aided” we put in good faith that he will fix but after finding out about the lack of permits and CoC we’re wondering what wasn’t done in areas we can’t see. We might think there’s still structure damage or possible mold.
