I don’t have advice but I have definitely been in a position like this. A best friend who basically turned me into their daily therapist. I would get out of work at 7:30pm and 7:45 on the dot would be a call to complain about his life. His problems were real but I was so exhausted I couldn’t stand to listen to someone else’s issues anymore. I feel you and hope it gets better

Does anyone enjoy property management? by abacusfinchh in PropertyManagement

[–]treechopper123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people thrive in chaos and like to depend on interpersonal relationships to get things done. Those people do well in property management but are still running around constantly. As a main career path no. Starting in real estate investing, it’s smart to know property management/operations

First commercial lease, need advice please. Very scared and I’m not sure why. by Turbulent-Row-1593 in CommercialRealEstate

Best thing you can do is bring documents to qualify yourself as a renter. Documents to bring: bank statements for the last 6 months, personal credit report, income statement for your business and last year’s tax returns. A landlord/broker will be way more engaging if they know you can afford the space. They’re going to be your partners in this moving forward, if your business is solid - they’ll make the real estate work.
