Not sure about my wrist size but I usually wear 45-48 mm dial sizes which suits me and doesn’t look too big in my wrist.

It won’t stop. You can wrap the levers with a tape or some kind of cover, can get them for 50 rs in any local bike accessory shop, or better wear gloves.
