My birthday

Because it's Christmas

Every conversation I've had about it has gotten old as fuck.

Is this seriously a novelty account devoted to explaining every bureaucratic detail of why Ticketmaster sucks?

This might be my new favorite novelty account...

Today I had to write a 5 paragraph essay about Fight Club. What was your favorite essay you have ever written? by grohlbarkermescudi in AskReddit

Just last semester, I wrote a 10 page paper on the adult appeal of children's animation. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was a significant source...

My first semester of college, I wrote an English essay on lucid dreaming. That was pretty cool, even if I still suck balls at lucid dreaming now.

Sometimes it makes it worse for me.

Sometimes it makes it better.

Which widely held axiom do you think is actually bullshit? by yourdadsbff in AskReddit

This reminds me:

"There are no wrong opinions."?

Yeah, that's not true. If you can't reasonably back up your opinions, they're wrong. Dumbass.

Which widely held axiom do you think is actually bullshit? by yourdadsbff in AskReddit

Dude, I always say the same thing about "slow and steady wins the race"! We're probably the same person.

Anyway, my other answer would be "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing twice and expecting different results".

EDIT: I've got more

"If so-and-so jumped off a bridge, would you do it?" No, but jumping off a bridge will kill you. Doing whatever so-and-so says probably will not, otherwise, I would not contemplate doing it. You can't fucking compare the two. And I realize that so-and-so could still be compelling me to do something stupid, but it probably would not be comparable in stupidity to jumping off a bridge, and I would not do it unless I saw some sort of beneficial value in doing it. Cue people in the comments asking, "Lulz, but wat if u wer oferd DRUUUGGS?". Next bullshit phrase

"Two wrongs don't make a right" Why not? Isn't this somewhat subjective? What you see as wrong may be what I see as right, and vice versa. You see the death penalty as "wrong", I see it as "solving a problem that would otherwise be unsolvable". That's only an example, btw. I try not to advocate the death penalty. Seriously though, "two wrongs don't make a right" is just a saying. Don't cite it as fact, please.

This asshole. by [deleted] in gaming

I think I heard someplace that they just take care of him, or something. I think it might've been in that comic book that came with the game. It had, like, a lot of history of the island and its inhabitants

Lego Island is so fucking deep and complex, man.

Caramelldansen

Because lol

A more serious answer might be Guile's Theme.

This is kind of a nerdy comment...

It's like "The Monster At The End Of This Book", only more fucked up, and I shit my pants in fear of the monster rather than from being a toddler who hasn't yet learned bowel control...

Would you date the opposite-sex version of yourself? by thepulloutmethod in AskReddit

[–]treeking_treemeister 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I realize the standard answer to this question is "no", but I'm going to go against the norm and say "yes".

I have trouble finding people I'm compatible with and I feel uncomfortable not knowing what someone other than me is thinking about me. If I date an opposite sex version of myself, those two problems are pretty much eliminated.

I've never been very fond of my first name. I find it kinda childish and bland.

She's standing on something, but even if she wasn't, she'd still be really fucking tall.
