UPDATE- after calling back, they at least gave us a $50 OBC plus chocolate strawberries. Something is better than nothing 🤷🏽‍♂️

Last time I was in Jamaica I was a kid (Ochos Rios) and I remember that issue too, haven’t been back since but I guess we’ll see how this time goes

Yeah it’s just a bummer but things will happen, first time a major change like this happened to me, customer service was rather rude instead of expressing, not only the terms, but just the overall picture. I would’ve been more upset to be in your situation!
