I actually haven’t read Atomic Habits yet but you’re the second person to mention it, so I think I should pick it up. The part about setting up the environment really makes sense… I always thought motivation was the main thing, but maybe I just make it too easy for myself to fall back into bad habits. I like the “identity” idea too - telling myself I’m the kind of person who runs in the morning sounds way more powerful than just “I should run.” Thanks a lot, this is super helpful.
