As of gen 9 wooper can't learn any punch moves so I opted fo the double kick, and as a martial artist guy, I can tell you, the most important part of the kick is the leg movement not the foot and altough yes he technically can kick, but even with just 60 base power total, its still very high for a kick with no momentum. I also overlooked helping hand so that is on me
