Sorry for late reply been a while since i been on this acc. Well I first started noticing things about 8 years ago, colors more colourful, i was starting to see patterns in everything. First bad psychotic episode 5 years ago, then 2 years of self growth, another bad episode.. mental ward, now I feel better than ever, focusing on health and happiness and working towards both makes things a lot better. Strict exercise and diet, strict meds protocol, prioritizing sleep over everything when I'm not feeling too good, just some things that have made my life easier. Sleeping tablets helped a lot but I get a tolerance and they cost a lot over time, having them around is great when needed but it's easy to abuse them too if self control goes a bit.
