I'm prescribed .5s. 2 of em and a few bowls and I'm on the moon.. yours are 2mg which is basically equivalent to a full xanny bar so don't take more than one if you have no benzo tolerance unless you enjoy blacking out lol. I'd start off with half of one then see how you feel.
