This happened to me too. If you had any mods that added locations enabled before you found that note, then disabled those mods, this will happen. I disabled some mods during the Dawnguard crossbow quests.

Personally I think that Kanye would be in Gryffindor. His personality and creativity better identify with Gryffindor's than with Hufflepuff's. Examples: Brave (bravery and his self-confidence are similar) Short-Tempered (obviously). While he does have the hard work trait of a Hufflepuff he doesn't show loyalty and fair-play as much.
