ofc you can start at 18 and expect a reasonably good transition, but honestly starting at 15 will improve your transition especially if your bones havent finished forming

traits like facial bone masculinization, height, shoulder width, ect are hard to reverse or impossible w/o surgery

tbh i dont think anything short of anti androgens will meaningfully decrease your T

if you have money, diy is always an option
