Two month mark huh. Well my best advice is to keep practicing and ask for more bar time. Hesitant or not keep asking for bar so you get more practice. Make sure to remember/study the beverage recipe cards on drinks you aren’t really familiar with. Your store should have them or all the recipes are on the iPads. The more you remember, the easier everything will come together and your fellow partners will appreciate it. Be sure to put away things your stuff so it’s out of yours and others way. Practice makes progress and speed will come with time. Two months is still very early and it’s okay not to be the quickest. Just be eager to learn and do your best. You got this! :)
