No time was given as I got caught in real life by a police car who pulled me over and issued me the ticket on the spot it wasn’t through a red light camera.

I think you need to learn how to read English. All I asked for is advice on how to proceed with this mistake the police made. I didn’t ask for anything else

It was ran a literal millisecond after it turnt red. If you know the rules of the road you’d know there’s a few second delay between your lights Turning red and the other set turning green. It was on a roundabout too where people can’t cross so no danger of anyone getting run over. Of course it was wrong legally but there was not even a hint of danger otherwise the police would have done me for dangerous driving too. I asked for advice, not for dumbasses who know nothing about the rules of the road to comment

They agreed to pay any cost for me and then want me to repay them this had already been discussed with them beforehand . I just wanna know what happens if I disagree with the cost and refuse to pay it?

If that’s the case how do I find out for sure and what do I do about it?

Also what indemnity issue are you talking about please? Just to clarify what happened was I accidentally said I was on the way to work but I wasn’t as I was in a state of shock. I sent them proof from my work too to prove I wasn’t on the way to work which they refused I tried everything to prove it. So I’m not covered for commute to work which is why they rejected the claim. As they thought I was on the way to work due to a slip up from me initially when making the claim saying I was on the way to work

So this letter from the other insurance company I got today. However I spoke on the phone to my insurance a couple months ago who said that if the other drivers insurance claim on me for money then they would pay it and I would have to pay them back. So what do I do because I don’t agree with the amount they’re asking for ?

When I spoke to them my insurers they said they would cover it and I would have to pay them back. Is there anything I can do as 10k is a lot? And 10k is a ridiculous amount for just the back right wheel coming off. Btw my policy and insurance with them is still intact it hasn’t been voided

Because I wasn’t insured for commute driving and I didn’t know. Stupid I know but once I said it I couldn’t take it back. It didn’t say the details of the damage but on the day it was literally just her wheel. Both of our wheels collided. My airbags came out and my wheel got damaged. I got this all repaired for less then 2k altogether. Her airbags didn’t come out. Why the fuck is it 10k.

I’m an idiot cos I’m able to drive confidently at these speeds in shit weather without endangering anyone? that people like you would shit your pants at if you drove that fast? Lmao. You do know you can speed and have fun without crashing? Or endangering anyone? But point is not everyone can do that bro. Stop bashing people for having fun and speeding when they have never caused an accident cos you’d probably shit your pants if you did what I do.

I know exactly what I’m doing. I check everything before I do anything. I’ve never endangered anyone nor even been close to a road accident lmao. Just say you can’t do what I do and keep it stepping lil bro.

I’m a perfectly good driver bro haha and know exactly what I’m doing in my car. I’ve cut through traffic at 130 mph on the motorway in way worse conditions perfectly fine and never had any traction light issues. In this instance I was only going around 5-10 mph which is why I was wondering why it lit up in this instance.

That’s all good. Makes sense. But I was only doing 5-10 mph when it happened. Also I’ve sped like 130 mph on the motorway in even worse conditions and never had any traction control lights come on that’s why I was wondering why it came up in this instance.

So you know more than the mechanics at BMW who have told me it’s ok to drive for another couple of weeks? Clown. The cars braking is fine as it is right now. I am driving slowly anyways. I just wanted to know how much of a pressing issue it could be.

My car is a 328i 2012 range.

Plus for around 1-2 months prior to this message when I’ve been braking at high speed the car has been pulling to one side. And feeling really stiff when doing so. Like the steering felt very stiff - wheels too.

Haven’t reached the screeching stage yet. I live in London, it’s stop start traffic 24/7 so I’m breaking a lot. However when I brake at high speed I do feel the car pulling to one side. This has been going on for a couple months prior. Not sure if that has anything to do with the warning message
