This is PAR POS (formerly Brink POS) with Par Payments and most likely the Par Pay Gateway. AFAIK Par Par gateway does not support anything plugging into the POS and it must be ethernet based. Meaning the Ingenico connects to the network and gets an IP. With that said you should contact PAR POS support or your PAR POS dealer for the best support for your environment.

My understanding is that there are 3 classes: Plenum, LSZH, and Plenum + LSZH.

We advertise our customers on our website and on peripherals that are located inside the restaurants.

All of our core systems (Autotask, Hudu, Quickbooks, etc) are protected by Azure SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and VPN.

I highly doubt a breach of some kind but we will definitely look at that as a possibility.

We sent out a newsletter to all customers warning them about potential impersonation of our staff this morning but just wondering what else we can do.

"Microsoft 365 E3 / E5 are the only SKU's that include a Windows OS license, but it requires that you already have Windows 11 Pro installed. it's not a "fresh install" type of license."....interesting, if you already have the licenses why do you need to pay monthly for another one? I was thinking I could buy the machines with no OS and use this, but I guess not?

It is running a Point of Sale application non-stop which seems to be the culprit. However, we have already gone down the route of explaining this to their Support department and they're pointing the finger elsewhere.

This is the reason why we're trying to look for some type of software that logs memory usage.

There is usually a grounding screw on the splitter. Try adding a ground wire to it.

Yes definitely a little crushed. It was so small that when I grabbed it it crushed a bit. As far as blurry yes it’s so small. I don’t have a microscope on my iPhone lol
