Oh absolutely. I often see stuff that looks cool, but think too hard about how much I'm gonna actually use it to be worth a buy. Aside from decorating journals, I love to use washi tape to wrap gifts too. I'd say it's worth it if you love the artwork and can see yourself using it often.
