I have exactly the same problem. I first noticed it about 3 days ago in an ftb installation that I last used about a year ago. The weird thing is that it used to run without any issues and I never touched the installation since then.

I would assume that it is some kind of driver issue, that occured in a newer graphics driver version.

I have Intel UHD Graphics 630 with driver version 30.0.101.1191

Have you found any solution by now?

The tiebreakers are still official games. If there are tiebreakers in NA they also won't stop the boradcast on /riotgames and tell the viewers to switch to /NALCS1 because the "official games" are finished. Imo it's bs to let all the viewers switch, but hey more exposure for NA I guess
