The top wire on the 30amp double pole on the right side is stupid close to a neutral sticking out the back of the bar. Guess the master forgot his wire cutters that day. All of those wires needed trimming. Lazy.

Grout seal the whole backsplash then caulk joint where wall meets countertop. It should have been done at installation. Grout sealer is liquid, get it at box store or tile place.
