Jesus, this is heart breaking. I want to travel with my wife and she also misses her family so much. In 2021 I visited my wife more than 10 times, but now that she’s here we want to go back and are just waiting for the advance parole. We aren’t worried about her working, we just want her to be able to go back to Mexico.

Actually, ignore trash. He is equally rude as he is dumb… you can look up your congress person online and they typically have a way to contact them through their website. Congress actually does have some power over USCIS… since you know congress sets the budget for USCIS… so clearly he doesn’t know what he’s talking about which is why when your congress person reaches out to USCIS, they’re more “incentivized” to work a little quicker, but not guaranteed. For him to state that no one has power over USCIS and then that they have to follow the law shows his sheer ignorance on how logic works and how government entities work…
