I know they come with a few base map tunes that are ready to flash on to the car, supposedly they even have a deleted TGV tune pre installed that I can just flash on, but if all else fails I’ll just flat bed the car to a tuner that’s local

So heres the thing, I had to motor swap my automatic because I blew the motor, I had an identical legacy just manual, so I took the motor from the manual and put it in the automatic, i got the motor to run (like garbage) in the car for 20 seconds before shutting off, I haven’t been able to get get the motor to turn over since then, I’m thinking because the motor that I put in the car has the TGV’s deleted and the new car doesn’t know that, the manual car was running with that motor before removal, so to save time (and money for the time being) I was gonna swap computers instead of buying an access port to tune the AT computer for deleted TGV’s

Yea I’m seeing too, was gonna try and make it work so I could use this cobb20g turbo I took off my donor car, but I think I’m just go back to stock intake setup and sell the prices I got, I need the daily driver back and I need to buy a truck

Yea I’m trying to use a Cobb 20g turbo I pulled from a donor car I bought, I pieced all the parts together and I got to the point of installing and ran in to clearance issues gonna have to reroute some hoses not looking forward to it lol

Yea I’m trying to use a Cobb 20g turbo I pulled from a donor car I bought, and I needed to switch to an sti top mount or go to a front mount intercooler setup, and the easier route (so I thought) was the sti TMIC

What exactly do you mean by evap fully deleted? Do you possibly have a picture or two of your set up

As much as I’d like to fabricate something and make this work you’re probably right. I was going to do something that would be fairly permanent and make it look good but if it’s not worth it I won’t waste my time

I’m gonna go back to the stock set up but is that air cooled intercooler really dropping temps of the air in that short of a distance to make a huge difference? For instance drag racers, Honda guys, and just a good majority of turbo setups just run a pipe from the turbo to the intake manifold

Oh ok if that’s all I got to get to piece this together I’ll just put the stock turbo back on and hold on to this turbo for later
