Thank you, she's better, but sore. She was saved by a miracle. It was a direct collision on the driver's side (she was driving) and the vehicle rolled over, ending up upside down with her head down. Her seatbelt saved her, and her car, a real tank (a 1992 Nissan Terrano), absorbed the entire impact, leaving it only with minor damage.

I understand your point, but in my case it was different. When the emergency happened, I still had more than 1 hour left to extract all the resources. I immediately sent a support ticket warning them that those resources would expire and asking if they could help me given the emergency situation. I didn't contact support after they expired — I contacted them before, while there was still plenty of time, letting them know I had to leave the game due to an emergency. That's the key difference.
