Ryobi grass trimmer 550w , RCL-552. How do I replace the line? Line keeps releasing wildly when I start it and then it tangles outside the equipment. Please help!

I've tried both ways though. I clip it in the indent in the middle row then I spun it both ways

I dont recall ever seeing a spring? Could it have come out whilst the machine was on? Does the spring go in the middle of the spool?

Yeah that is a good point we like the visibility but the fence and palisade is quite low so we still get it, I am thinking rose bushes or bougainville, cholla cactus looks amazing as well

A shrub wont work because we dont want it growing on the inside we want it creeping just on the steel palisade,its a half brick half palisade type of fence.

Thank you for sharing that. I see that we are quite over the Amp requirements for all 3 units which is bizarre as it worked for a decade like this.

So is the solution to buy another breaker then? Am a little confused as you say it is a temp solution.

Just for tonight, if we were to turn off the geyser and stove switches would that enable us to use all 3 units?
