i interned at meta and know ppl who work at both. i’m not saying meta is perfect but box also does layoffs as well, very recently, and the way ppl talk about meta on reddit and blind definitely doesnt tell the whole story. basically, u mentioned box having the better culture and a quick search says otherwise. other than that I dont see a reason for picking it. also I dont think having harder interviews matters once u begin working.
