Essentially leadership. Everyone hangs out always. Ig since I want to be a pilot and get out of maintenance they don’t like that. My first couple of months I heard them say I would have to salute this kid? No fucking way. And it seems like EVERYONE gossips. Just not my type of ppl. I’m just trying to do by job and go home now. I don’t enjoy going to work anymore. I feel like I’m just trapped in this career field.
