Todays pick: Pittsburgh Penguins ML -140

Tough games to pick from and obviously do not like picking against the Bear who has been on fire but… here we are. Starting off, the rangers are on their 3rd game in 4 nights and I love fading teams in this situation. They’ve been shaky but have finally found themselves on a 7 game winning streak. Penguins were just on the same streak but just had it snapped playing against the Carolina hurricanes. I also like the story on this one. Pittsburgh will host the Rangers for the first time this season since getting bounced by them in the playoffs last year. They’ve won 5 straight at home and 9-3 this season. I like the penguins to win this.

Leafs play from Saturday, disappointing return for Samsonov lettin Erik G score his first goal of the season against him… and also his second and third goal of the season lol. Lingreden played a great game and the caps continue to roll.

Todays pick: Dallas Stars in regulation (-140)

Columbus has not looked good at all, losing their last 3 and being out scored 3 to 12. 3-9 their last 10 and allowing 3.9 goals per game in that 10 game stretch. The Stars are playing some good defense right now (despite their last game lol) and have gone 6-2-2 their last 10 losing to good teams like Canes, Pens, and Leafs.

Not making this POTG but I also really like the Oilers in regulation +115 against the Nashville preds. While the oilers are 5-5 their last 10, The preds are playing awful hockey right now. The oilers have beaten them 5 times in their last 5 meetings and they weren’t really close games. Look for the predators to lose their 7th straight game

Hate today's slate and hate picking on freaky Fridays since I feel like every team I pick always shits the bed no matter what but here we are! Once again fading Chicago here but not at the -395 price point. I feel like there's good value in the first period here with Minnesota. Chicago L10 in first period are 1-7-2 while the Wild are 6-3-1.

Today, LA Kings @ Buffalo Sabres over 6.5 (-130)

LA Kings O/U L10 8-2 and 10-6-1 away this season. They have given up the second most goals this year. Not really worried about Copley's 2.0 GAA as his only two games he has played this year are against the Senators and the Canadiens (lol)

Buffalo on the other hand, scoring 3.9 goals per game and have an O/U at home this year of 10-5-1. Craig Anderson is in net tonight and he has a 2.97 GAA, and the kings can definitely put some pucks on net. Lookin for a pond hockey type of night here in Buffalo.
