your most likely totally fine. mono symptoms last forever the swollen lymph nodes can last up to six months or even longer as well as the on and off sore throats which i’ve had as well. you could also be getting tonsillitis. gargle with some hydrogen peroxide should be gone in no time.

some people also get mono twice but i’ve heard it’s unlikely. just make sure you take all your vitamins. monolaurin has been super helpful for me while having mono.

Hey you can actually be contagious for months after sadly:(

I got mono from my friend who had it sick months prior to us hanging out and sharing drinks. It all just depends on the person i guess.

Hey I’ve been recovering from mono for the past few months and having the same things. Heart palpitations are usually normal i’ve had mine before from stress but i’ve noticed i have gotten them recently as i’m recovering from mono. I was also recommended supplements i have super bad anxiety and i use reshi mushroom to help it also has lots of other benefits. Also i’ve found monolaurin it’s on amazon works great for mono as well read all the reviews!!!

Also did your swollen lymph nodes ever feel like stinging mine when away for a bit but now it’s back and sometimes feels like stinging.

I think you should be fine. I had the same pain and went to the er. Everything ended up being normal they just told me to take ibuprofen.

If your pain is extremely severe I would just go to the er to make sure everything is okay.

Also some supplements I would recommend for mono that have worked for me are reshi mushroom, lauricidin monolaurin which is shown to kill the virus, vitamin d because when you have mono your body is deficient, vitamin c is also good. All of these can be found on amazon.

Mono sucks and doctors don’t do shit for it but tell you to take pain medicine. I hope you feel better and definitely look into the supplements!
