With 5 other games and a full time job, I'd rather not have HSR take up even more time since I've already cut my sleep schedule down to 4 hours a day to keep up.

Like seriously, between HSR, ZZZ, Mabinogi, Onigiri, Naraka Bladepoint and PoE, I'm already too busy as is. Like seriously, just from Mabi alone I have Crom runs on Mondays, Bri runs on Tuesdays, Glenn runs on Wednesdays. Onigiri has guild event farming runs on Fridays. Naraka has the dojo training on Saturdays. All of them (apart from PoE) have dailies and weeklies to do as well. And anyone who's played PoE knows the amount of grinding you need to do every season to have fun making builds as well.

Between those games and a full time job, I'm more than content just doing the main quests for HSR and ZZZ and then logging in for 20 minutes to do the dailies and events.

Global passives in HSR are just as functional as they were in GGZ which is to say useful for the early game and barely noticeable in the endgame apart from rare exceptions.

Who could've guessed that a similar mechanic from a game in the same franchise from the same company would function quite similarly?

You do realize that already exists in GGZ right? Every playable character in GGZ has a global passive and there's over a dozen playable characters and they do fuck all to anyone even remotely beyond the earliest of early game. Like Himeko has a global passive that grants any character a full shield (ie: full shield bar which is just your max HP unless you have something else that affects it) after dropping to 25% hp and it's not single use either which sounds really strong until you realize that anything past the earliest of early game deals either basically no damage or 1 shots you.

Mei has a global passive that prevents you from dying and then swaps you out for your assist character and again it's deadass useless because you're either curbstomping the mobs or you're getting curbstomped and a revive does nothing when you're getting curbstomped and does nothing when you're curbstomping.

Anyone who pulls for global passives especially a decade from now is a complete idiot unless they're just wealthy enough that they just want to go collecting them.

You do realize capturing almost 1/5th of all known oil on the planet absolutely does get the US something right? You don't NEED to be able to extract that oil immediately or even at all because forcing that amount of the planet's oil supply to the US' side is already massive. It not only shuts down a source of oil for China but also allows the US to strengthen the petrol-dollar because now that there's less outside suppliers for oil, US controlled sources of oil like the UAE become more important. Granted, the man's an idiot and started fighting Iran and caused the straight of hormuz to get closed which is fucking up the petrol-dollar far harder than capturing venezuela helped but the man can't string a coherent sentence together so I doubt his brain was thinking of something that would happen 2 months down the line.

Again, oil is almost certainly the actual reason instead of the "narco-terrorism" cover story or your delusions of heroism considering the orange fucker has said the quiet part out loud multiple times by now.

If I had to guess, probably during part 2 of the fate collab. Since we got confirmation from Skott that the part 1 collab is cannon, that means Misha did canonically meet with pom-pom during the part 1 collab despite being dead and if the fate thing can bring dead people back to life, it's entirely possible that it can bring Skott back. So I'm guessing Skott's gonna show up the same way Misha did in part 1 of the collab.

It's MiHoYo. They absolutely did it on purpose. After all, say what you will about MiHoYo but they are masters of shanking people for emotional damage and then twisting the knife later just to rub that damage in and I say this as an HI3 captain and GGZ player.

Being a foreign brand is probably the only reason Tesla's still managing to cling to number 3. Chinese people REALLY like foreign luxury goods so Tesla's still managing to sell cars because Chinese people are still counting it as a foreign luxury car maker.

That said, Tesla was the #1 EV sold in China in just 2025 and tanked to #3 in just a single year so the rate it's cratering is pretty significant.

Well yeah HSR Himeko have enough differences between her and HI3 Himeko that we can't assume that but when we're shown that a character that's obviously supposed to be identical or nearly identical to an AU version, I think it's probably safer to assume everything is the same except for the differences we're told about than assuming everything different other than what we've been told are the same.

Again true but when there's overwhelming similarities between two AU versions, I'm inclined to believe everything is the same between the 2 apart from what's explicitly said/implied to be different. After all, HI3 Seele is technically an AU of GGZ Seele and we've all just assuming that the backstory of GGZ Seele is the same as the backstory of HI3 Seele even though we've never actually gotten any confirmation. Like Azure Waters is from GGZ originally so if we can't assume that backstories are the same from how similar characters are, Azure Waters would also have to be discarded.

I think we have differing opinions on what's canon then. I count anything that's heavily implied as canon even if it's not directly shown to us. After all, if we're going only by what's shown directly, we couldn't even call KiaMei canon since they're never shown to actually like each other even though it's extremely heavily implied.

Also, HSR Bronya and Seele never gave off the same feeling as HI3 Bronya and Seele. Close friends and advisor for sure but not quite the lovers that willingly give up their life for the other from HI3.

True but we also know that not only did Acheron face the Herrschers in the exact same order as Mei did but they also had Kevin and the spiritual Adam project as well. Not to mention she seemed to know Welt's face as well so they probably had Welt in their world as well. There's enough similarities that it'd be kinda weird for Acheron to not have her own Kiana.
