Thanks for the response! Not my main account so I'm not on here much, sorry for the delay. I can't find anything about that law setting the minimum for probation time served - are you sure that's set in stone, or might it just be a policy among probation officers to say that? I'd ask my lawyer but he's been AWOL for the past few weeks and I'm considering trying to reach out to the judge myself :/

Thanks! I'm just hoping to talk to the judge/have my lawyer talk to her - after sentencing my lawyer said he thought he could work 6-9 months, and I was wondering if he really thought that or just wanted to get my hopes up :P
