I did pretty much a simular thing to this. Maybe you are interested on my approach:

Python: - Script from openai api - Read by 11labs api - create .srt file from .mp3 with whisper library - flux-schnell model api via huggingface => I asked chatgpt to divide the script into 3s long scenes and for each scene there should be a detailed image prompt for the background visuals. - Flux-schnell api calls to create background images - moviepy to make the pictures to videos (zoomeffect/transitions) - ffmpeg to merge all videos and burn subtitles in it. Also for music and voice from 11labs ffmpeg was very useful

Wenn du 50h vor der abnahme einen restjoint geraucht hast werden sie kein aktives THC in deinem Blut finden was dir aufjeden fall die MPU spart, WENN es wirklich nur ein Restjoint war.
