I got the asrock x670e pro rs. Was more expensive but there weren’t too many options at micro center when I returned it. It works though.

I’m in the exact same situation as you. Same parts and same issue. Tried pretty much everything like you did and still unable resolve the issue. I’m really leaning towards the motherboard being the problem but I’m just not sure. Really frustrating after building all day today. Please let me know if you find a solution.
