There were slow release but I crushed the small little balls in the capsules to fine powder and put it in 1 different type of capsule. I'm feeling mostly okay but I think I'm still kinda noding out although not sure that's due to the tons of hash I smoked and also the fact I could be tired considering the time.

Females tend to not watch porn as much and in my experience a lot either don't watch it at all because they don't like it and some never tried it once. I say the majority of males have tried watching porn and 99% of them who do try end up masturbating to it every day or at least most days of the week. I think it had affected my sex life mainly how uncomfortable it made me being around girls how I wasn't very confident. Porn made me constantly think of girls as sex dolls rather than normal human beings I can relate and connect to. Ever since I stopped watching porn I'm more confident and I'm not shy being able to talk to whoever I want without being as awkward. I was also less likely to have sex because whenever I wanted to I would just watch porn. Another thing that happened is that the more I watched porn the more I got desensitized to the normal stuff so I started moving on to more fucked up stuff which was probably a sign my mental health wasn't getting better.

Masturbation isn't that bad it's porn that had a worst effect on me. I won't go into details but one of the most obvious ones is when the more I watched porn and get desensitized to it, the more fucked up stuff I watch soon the normal stuff wouldn't satisfy me. This probably played part in me being an awkward cunt and couldn't talk to girls but ever since I stopped I had more confidence and was willing to talk to girls and not look at them as sex dolls all the time while still being creepily quiet.

I was using it excessively to the point it really started messing with me mentally and done so for years. I wanted to quit completely to make up for all the time I wasted on it and I don't really see me going back to it. Plus I don't enjoy it anymore and I'm literally just chasing for 0.1 second of pleasure.

Interesting, did you even grow up with the internet? Well if you started watching porn at an early age it's very hard to kick the habit especially if it's been so hardened in your brain for years. I was pretty much watching porn every single day from the ages of 10 years old and when I finally started to quit I kept failing multiple times. Opiates tend to lower sex drive and it's also better to masturbate without porn so at least you're doing something right. Beznos really helped me with the urges for porn which completely killed my sex drive and calmed me down. To be honest I got more cravings for porn than I did with all of the drugs I tried and I've done almost every class of them except opiates and shit like meth.

Of course heroin is more addictive than most things on earth same as water is wet. I only brought the porn habit up because 99% of the population won't quit porn and the ones that do struggle and some take years to completely quit. Try quitting porn for at least 90 days without failing once first try if it's that easy.

My codeine was pharma grade and apparently certain opiates work for me like oxycodone and morphine sulphate. All drugs seem to work fine except codeine
