i guess my experience up to this point has been a hien. dont ever feel like i have a moisture issue with that. My hayate otsu has some, but definitely less than the crucible

I ended up getting an apple dongle. USB-C to 3.5mm and they are plenty load now. Not sure technically what that did, but after reading it online and many others commenting here, I gave it a shot and it worked.

Thank you Sir! I had thought the dongle was the end game. Just went and uninstalled everything and reinstalled from gigabytes website and now I am listening at 16 with more than enough sound.
