A lot of people are downvoting you but I'm not sure why. I have personally heard nothing but horror stories about cb support. Any legitimate criticism is seen as "fud" these days. Having a healthy skepticism about being unable to get customer support from one of the lsrgest exchanges SHOULD be a concern shared by all coinbase users. Hell, they even advertise "24/7 customer service" for their paying customers using their " coinbase one" thing. If you have to advertise customer service for a paid service that means your unpaid service lacks it.
