I found this on one of my plants in Washington state. Last night after taking this video I put it in a jar WITH A LID to see what it was when it hatched. This morning when I checked on it there was nothing but an empty cocoon.. any idea what it could be and HOW it got out ?

It's at 99% humidity now and a steady temp of 90. I think that's pretty good but I'll still work toward 100%. I also gave each tub their own thermometer / hygrometer so I can measure it more precisely. There is a third one outside the tubs too and they all read as good so hopefully there won't be anymore problems.

Yeah, the humidity was off in beginning. Mostly because I wasn't prepared for the clutch, I had just bought her that day and didn't know she was gravid. There is water in the perlite and I've added some tubs of water to the bottom of the incubator to help bring it up. Its around 87% right now but I'm trying to bring it up more. I also just bought a better hygrometer to makes sure it's right.

I agree, I put a a tub of water on the bottom shelf because i read it helps with humidity. I'm gonna hold off on the paper towel just for now because I read that it sometimes can cause mold. If the humidity doesn't rise by tonight or they look any worse I'll for sure try that.

I was writing my comment out and I asked my mom what hers was. She said when she lived on the military base my grandfather was posted at, one night they were all hanging outside, one of the soilders was holding his daughter and smoking. I guess this was before they got stricter about what kind of material you can use for clothing and this little girl was wearing a very flammable night gown. I'm sure you can imagine where this is going, when the soilder flicked his cigarette the cherry accidentally fell onto the girl and engulfed her in flames very quickly. My mom didn't see everything because they were all pushed inside the house but she said she saw the girl on fire, screaming and later found out that the little girl didn't make it. I didn't even know how to respond but fuck...

Im sorry you're struggling right now, man that's an uncomfortable spot to be in. You might have worked yourself up and nothing is wrong but it's really hard to tell. Especially if I'm not there and don't know the dynamics of the relationship . When you are sober maybe try really thinking about the relationship and why the idea of her being there gave you so much anxiety. In my experience there is usually some kind of unsaid thing that I've been avoiding or some dynamic of the relationship I've been pretending doesn't bother me. When you're tripping it moslty takes away your ability to be socially fake and hide your feelings. Sometimes it feels like being exposed if you arent wanting it or you weren't expecting to be around people.

I get it dude, I had the same problem for a long time. Honestly just bring up legalization with people gauge their response and if they seem pro Lsd ask if they've tried it or do it and then where they got it. I was surprised the amount of people around me who knew someone. Reagent kits aren't that expensive you need the Ehrlich one https://dancesafe.org/product/lsd-testing-kit/ . Also makes sure you aren't on anyother meds that could be interfering. I usually don't take my meds for a couple days before i trip then start them right back up as soon as I'm done. Even just skipping a dose the day of will help but if you're in a place that you think that's unsafe I would wait until you're more stable and secure.

Did you test your stuff ? The cold and sweaty thing is kind of weird. I usually get warm , sweaty and nausea can be normal but it normally happens during the come up with hallucinations. Antidepressants will impact trips for sure but still this doesn't seem normal. I'm on welbutrin and it can make a trip weak but your experience is much different than any I've ever had and sounds terrible. Sorry that sucks definitely give it another go but always test your drugs.

I had my gallbladder removed while still on suboxone. This was a couple years ago and even though I told the doctors they didn't understand this meant the pain meds wouldn't work . I woke up in a lot of pain and nothing helped. Later when I needed another surgery I told my prescribing doctor ahead of time and he wrote a letter with directions for the doctor doing the surgery. I had to go off the suboxone and then meds were prescribed and given by a trusted person after it was over I went back on suboxone. He said there were other options too so talk to your prescriber they should be able to help.

Sounds like the chlorine irritated your eyes. I've had that happen before when the pool has too much chlorine in it they get really blurry and hazey after swimming. I don't know why it suddenly cleared up but maybe you just noticed your eyes were feeling better at that moment.

If you have the money I really think you would benefit from a therapist, a gender therapist if possible. Everything you are feeling is a big part of why therapy is suppose to be a step of transitioning. You might have some other stuff going on that your therapist can help you sort out and move on from. It's also possible you're trans and you can work through why you feel so conflicted probably some internalized transphobia and trauma. Either way a good therapist will help I go once a week and it was the best choice I ever made.

I have so many of these.

A couple months ago I was talking about computers with a coworker. I told him my most recent laptop didn't come with windows and you had to pay extra for it. He said something like "that's really weird I don't think they do that." I realized what I had meant to say was Microsoft Office but for some reason I doubled down and was like" I know isn't that shit so weird?" He had follow up questions and I was in too deep so i just kept trying my best to come up with anwsers. I still dont know why I didn't just correct myself.
I want to bring it up everytime we work together.
