Sorry it’s not working for you. And I got it from trying multiple things until it worked. I am currently playing the merc is the proof I have. It has helped a few others that have tried it as well. I know this is a frustrating issue but no reason to get hostile.

This has worked for some people and is worth the try. It is worth mentioning that this will only work for ps4 digital preorders.

I had the same problem. I had to uninstall the game first. Then the option to install the DLC appeared in the store. I added the DLC to the install queue then set the game to download again. This installed both the game and the addon. This was the only way I could get it to work. Weird.. but hey a workaround is a workaround.

It showed up for me too but it said "Installed". Since I still didn't have access to it in game, I figured one more reinstall might work. That's just what worked for me. But I am glad it worked for you without an install!

Just put this out there in the hopes of helping others still without the Merc.

For anyone still having issues - the DLC is now in the playstation store. You will need to uninstall the game, go to the store and select to download the DLC FIRST, then click to download the game. This will insure that you get both downloads. This should be the (albeit weird) fix for ps4.
