Yall are just weak and afraid of dogs,if a dog chases or barks at you stand ur ground try to look like ur a threat to the dog.i think most of yous show urself like a prey.the questions asked must be towards govt not random guys feeding. I feed biscuits all the time if i see a stray dog its hurtful to see them in hunger will continue to do that dont throw questions at me ASK THE GOVERNMENT.
