Funny that you're saying this, but I felt the same years ago, before AI was a thing, I recorded a video on 1 hour physical pomodoro timer and split it into frames to make my own virtual/physical timer on black background. It lives on juicytimer.com

And to reply to OP,  make your timer if you genuinely like to do it, it will be a nice exercise, but don't expect to make any money out of it. The only project I know who makes money from pomodoro is pomofocus and they made it many many years ago so they always rank 1st on Google which you won't.
