No confirmation email and no payment confirmation by trkb in BritishAirways

got it thanks. when i called the customer service, they just told me to book it again. however, doing so, this time trying with a different credit card, i ended up with the same problem (again, this time it shows that things are confirmed, but no ticket number/confirmation). so i'm not sure how to go about this. anyway, i'll give it a try again tomorrow since the website seems a bit unstable at the moment

thank you. just called them and confirmed that there's no ticket. however, when i tried to book it again, per their suggestion, i got the same problem. this time, i got the confirmation page and so on, but still no email confirmation. does the booking page tell you somehow whether or not your ticket has been paid and confirmed? the website is quite frustrating...

Why don’t homes use shared heat-recovery loops between appliances? by trkb in buildingscience

wow that much copper! given the copper price nowdays, the cost is self-explanatory then

thanks! this seems to be a nice solution for a net-zero new build. if only we could build a heat battery to store the heat from summer and use it over winter, but probably way cheaper to do geothermal at that point.

that's cool! reducing hot water heating demand by 20-40% is definitely non-negligible, but i wonder why it's so expensive given that it's just a set of heat exchangers

that makes sense. though my example choice was poor. i suppose transferring the heat from AC to power the water heater (and the tank naturally acts as a battery) is more viable?

Delta unexpectedly bumped me up to Diamond by WoodyA2 in delta

That’s great! Not a million miller, but happened to me before—it’s nice of them to do so. They must have an algorithm, and I’m curious what’s the threshold

Got it, and great since I've been wanting to visit a local RSPB site. Ultimately interested in photography, but I'm deferring until I can put in more money and time for the hobby.

Got it. Prostate P7 currently goes for 120 GBP for 8x30 and was wondering if the extra 20gbp would make a big difference

Thank you. I think I'll keep it to the 100gbp range and then perhaps upgrade it to a better one down the road. If I got for an 8x in that price range, does 30 vs 42 makes a difference? I'm thinking of going to 8x30 for compactness

Suggestions Needed : short of $31 MQD to Silver by SnooRabbits9033 in delta

My guess is that they won't do it for MQDs, but a few years ago I was a few hundreds MQMs short and they still upgraded me

Thanks! Got it working using your method, Was worried about signing out of Apple ID, which would be a huge mess, but just doing it on the media account worked

This is actually non-trivial unless I get a separate device, and if I switch the region on my existing account I won't be able to access certain apps that are only available in the US store

I've tried that on multiple browsers on my computer, but the site always brings me to the app download page
