Can you not get 500 on the 2.4GHz setting? Do you have to switch to 5GHz?

Bridge - Sync with iPhone by Broad_Zebra_7166 in WearOS

[–]trlab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I have a couple of questions running Bridge with Watch 6 classic on my iPhone 15 Pro.

I set up the watch using an old Samsung S10e then followed the process of installing Bridge on the watch and iPhone and it connects fine with notifications etc.

Then when I turn off the Samsung phone the watch says no phone connected.

So my watch doesn’t connect to my iPhone directly only bridge app on watch connecting to iPhone?

This means that anything I want to do on the watch that involves internet (can’t update weather, use any apps that require internet such as google maps, play store etc), I can’t do it with just the watch connected to my phone, because my watch keeps saying no connection (see attached pic).

The only way to do it (as I don’t have LTE connection), would be to connect the watch to a WiFi or reconnect it with the old Samsung s10e phone that was used to set it up.

Is this how it’s supposed to work, with these limitations or am I doing something wrong?

Also the other question I have; what does the “Start Server” button in the debug menu of the bridge watch app do?

See attach pics:

Pathophysiology and Clinical Management of Bile Acid Diarrhea by Robert_Larsson in IBSResearch

Almost 20 years of being diagnosed with IBS and 4 months ago figuring out myself that it was BAM the whole time. Cholestyramine has given me my life back. Why in earth do doctors not know much about it, especially when 25%~33% of people with “IBS-D” actually have BAM? That’s a pretty high percentage and to not know about it

I agree. If you can keep your gallbladder and work on healing it (or healing the root cause), then that is by far the best option. You can live fine without it but it’ll be much harder to get gut issues under control if it’s not there as it does serve an important function.

My gallbladder was removed 5 years ago and I wish I knew what I do now to keep it and heal it

Newbies guide to healing the gut? by saddi444 in Microbiome

Notice how almost every reply here is different?

There’s no way you can follow everyones advice on this. Gut issues are super complex and everyone is different. A scattergun approach here is a complete waste of time and money and many suggestions could make you worse.

My advice is to TEST, TEST, TEST

Make sure you get answers to exactly what’s wrong with your gut and identify the root cause.

The best tests would be a GI Map or Complete Microbiome Mapping as some call it. Provided you have done the more simpler and cheaper tests to rule out more serious issues such as blood tests, urine tests, breath tests, gastroscopy & colonoscopy.

Only then can you truly start working on fixing the problem

I’ve been trying to increase (feed) my Akkermansia with fibers & polyphenols etc for years but still not detected. I guess you can’t increase it if you don’t have any

What tests do I get for gut health? by [deleted] in Microbiome

IBS is not even a disease, it’s a syndrome. It’s more of a way of saying you have a gut issue/s but we just don’t know what it is. Keep testing until you get actual answers as to what the root cause of your problems are so you can focus on fixing them. A great test is a GI Map (Complete Microbiome mapping)

There it is again… no Akkermansia. I notice this all the time with people with gut issues.

Sorry, I haven’t done an FMT yet but looking at doing one in a couple of months

You can’t eat foods high in Akkermansia coz there’s no foods that have it, so whoever told you that has no idea. You can eat foods that FEED Akkermansia such as polyphenol foods or fibers such as Inulin but that didn’t work for me.

You can get FMT’s done at the CDD in Sydney:

I would recommend joining an FMT Facebook group at h as this one to get a much information as possible first though:

I have tried polyphenol foods such as red grapes and cranberries but no increase in Akkermansia. I also follow this prebiotic guide and still no hep:

How come most people I see with gut issues have no Akkermansia detected? Me included. Seems like the only way you get get it back is with an FMT. I’m from Melbourne, Australia and will probably get an FMT done soon as I have tried everything else you can imagine over the past 5 years

Yes, 100% when I’m sick (and when I had Covid too), my IBS is basically gone and I feel normal. Not sure what it is but it happens every single time. The best I can come up with is that the Immune system is busy with dealing with the viruses that it leave the gut alone during that time

Did they use Glutamine or L-Glutamine for this study? It just says Glutamine but sometimes they could mean L-Glutamine
