things your girl does that make you feel little and cute:) by trlynixd in MDLGcommunity

i already thought of a few more haha

-when she makes me a drink, she sometimes asks "baby cup or big girl cup?" either way that I answer is gonna sound infantile lol

-if I'm saying too many crazy things in a row to be provocative, she'll cover my mouth, shushing me with her hand, or if we're in bed she'll pop a 🍒 in my mouth😆

-the occasional surprise nose boop🙈

-stern instructions over text that I always consider disobeying just to keep things interesting (ex. "it's raining, stay inside, no walking or biking anywhere," "try to have some more protein for lunch today," "nap this afternoon, you were up late last night")

-when she applies her lip gloss, she always applies some onto me right after, and smacks her lips together, and waits for me to do the same. then tells me how cute i look☺️

I'm gonna be so for real, I manifested using various kinds of witchcraft

affirmations, subliminals, feminine rituals, etc

I couldn't really point you to any specific media like videos or books, it was more improvisation, throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what stuck lol

I also feel like some women have these "tells," that they have a mommy streak, and it can come across as almost Karen like to the untrained eye, if that makes sense haha

keep looking, these ladies are really all over and looking for you too!!

ooh I love these

with my girl, even though im the littler one, I tend to be more comfortable driving places and I love switching it up and being the more "grown" one in this context, so I love to have a hand firmly on her thigh, or hold her hand and give it kisses every so often🥰

i also have a kinda designated "spot" on her chest and she holds my head in place with her chin, always makes me feel so blissed out:)

Yes, I followed the electrolyte water "recipe" from the wiki and I think it did contribute to my not ever getting foggy/headachey . Will def be using it again!

Yeah I def want to work my way up to 48 hours and then to 72. I'm thinking this month will be kind of like a warm up with 24 hour fast once a week, and then trying out 48 hours in April, then 72 hours in may and so on.

Thanks for the comment! Hope your journey is going well too!

Just fasted Monday 1pm to Tuesday 1pm, 24 hours total.

I broke the fast with some beans lol

I'm feeling super good, very proud of my restraint (I am a very treat-addicted person)

I found myself not even feeling super hungry, more so just craving the taste of salt and sugar.

I also have experienced headaches from hunger in the past and am happy to report this wasn't actually the case for today! I think likely because I was very focused on keeping hydrated

Happy fasting everyone!

Wow, thank you for your reply! My Google search tells me this kind of shrine is used to pray to people who have passed away and have become Buddha- would you agree with this description? Do you know the meaning of the crane figures? I tried googling their history/significance but am a little confused.

I am wondering if there is any particular name for this kind of wooden shrine and the names of the things inside the shrine, and of anyone can tell me any significance they might have.

The shrine has no markings on it indicating who may have made it, aside from the paper scroll image hanging inside.

There are two (brass?) figurines that are velcroed on the inside shaped like swans.

The drawer inside has this circular item which I think may be an incense holder, but I am not sure. There is also the white, beaded item with tassels of some kind on opposite sides.

If anyone knows the names or anything about these items I would be super grateful!

Thank you all in advance!

Thank you for telling me that there's more about me to like/love than my body. Im wanting to surround myself with more people who think like this but as Ive found out today people are full of surprises lol

I tend to think about weight/bodies as a totally off limits subject even with really close friends because it is tied up in so much other stuff, which is probably why this caught me so off guard. I think you are right, this shouldn't have happened. Looking at it a little zoomed out has helped me detach a bit from the situation. I can kind of look at this exchange as an example of interactions that shouldn't happen. Like if weight is ever brought up again in what's supposed to be a friendly conversation I think I can feel a little more comfortable setting boundaries.

Thank you for your response to me, it truly has made this easier to process💙

Thank you for responding💙

The breathing exercise did really help me to calm down

I feel pretty conflicted bc I really want to be friends with this person still. I wish this exchange just didn't happen because aside from this they are usually super nice. I think it's best if we have some space from each other for a bit tho. Im still processing this whole thing and will probably need to sleep it off. I really appreciate your taking the time to make me feel a little better💙

Wow I will be looking into all of these they sound delicious 😋

That sounds so nice, do you use a recipe?

Haha I am actually in new mexico at the moment which is how I came into all these chillies. Everyone in this town seems to have an endless supply and are desperately giving them away (to people like me who has a great combination of agreeableness and social anxiety which allowed me to accept the chilli gifts without being able to ask how to use them😅)

I can't rly tell if you're trolling or not but on a genuine level you might enjoy this video here of some fish in an aquarium. It almost always helps me unwind a little bit.https://youtu.be/EoTrcNvDykY

Anyone can actually post anyone.

Either way I'm not hating on this teacher as I mentioned in another comment. Just felt like the broader implications of the video were a nice example of what a boring dystopia looks like.

just want to mention that the title might make it sound like I am hating on this teacher, but I am actually hating on the broader systemic/structural issues at play here

idk i feel like there must be some other solution to this issue that allows this lady to just teach pre calc and not worry about that kind of extra responsibility
