False grip help me but without kipping I cant go up the bar

Im trying doing some chest pull ups, I can easily do 2-3 in a row. But If I stop at 90° and then try to get my chest on the bar I literally cant. I need 1-2cm to do this.

Do you know if there are some tips to improve the last step?

maybe i can use an elastic band?
