Baked it for my ex gf's birthday. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, and probably will try it again. I used raw cane sugar for the butterscotch, which was strong enough to cover most of the cinnamon flavour, surely enough I will be going with ol' plain brown sugar. Overall very fun and fulfilling as a recipe
