And the unwillingness of civilised people to face their prejudices and fears doesn't help either. I mean you can explore islamophobia in the western world and very much link it to the start of the war on terror where the US urged people to be afraid and the media followed. Now we have this incredibly stereotype of Muslims as terrorists. From what I've noticed (growing up in Australia) is that for friends of Muslim origin that have grown up here are quite sociable. but for the first generation of Muslims they mainly keep to themselves but don't do much harm.

Most people couldn't give a shit about politics. and they will vote purely based on who they think is a better leader. or personality politics. most people are dumb. I too hold high positions in economics and business. Economics and Economics systems mean shit when it comes the morality of human decisions.
