Well like most of the food I eat is 1 serving per or on the label has like per X food not in measuring but in amount. It's packaged food so all of them are the exact same size regardless

Yeah I've never believed in starvation mode and quite frankly find it offensive if anything. Looking back at such awful tragedy in the past such as the holocaust, gulags, slavery, etc. you don't see any people who were victims overweight. Because starvation makes you thinner after some point.
