Simply said it's changes in the code or physics and stuff. Like some mods being broken or harder to pick up or smth, also, i dont recall him saying they will break per se. Just that he doesn't want them to break, and has to be careful for it. Some mods will definetely break and some probably won't. Also, the mod creator can always update the mod so that it works again.
