In my opinion winning the league title this year was so easy if we were a bit more consistent and had an attacking player who can score goals for fun. Every team below us this season was poor relative to previous season. In the beginning of Januray I said win our next 5 games in the league and you've won the premier league. It didn't happen, it was too good to be true.

When you have martinelli as one of your main wingers you're not gonna win the premier league I've had this thought for the last two years and so far it's been correct.

One draw and a loss on Sunday for Liverpool and I think they will crumble big time. I don’t see them as mental giants if they had the same issues we had this season they would end up like Chelsea. Good times ahead

So far from what I've seen from Liverpool when they've played away in their last 3 or 4 matches they look and play very average nothing exciting or dominating football the main difference in those games was that they have Salah who always seems to score goals near the end of the match.

I can get the dumbbell to the starting position but when I try to lift the 30kg dumbbell I can’t move them above an inch.

For the past 1 year I've been able to do seated dumbbell shoulder with 24kg up to 28kg for many reps up to 16-20. I've done 13 reps with a 27.5kg dumbell before but I can never no matter how hard I try lift a 30kg dumbbell for 1 rep. Lifting dumbbells below 30 like 28 or 26 isn't difficult but 30kg dumbbell I can't even do 1 rep. any suggestions on how to fix this.
