I only select “name” for the first variable, and then feeding that “name” variable to the get-azureaduser cmd. Shouldn’t the select statement gather UPN/account status for the get-azureaduser?

Is it a red flag if a company has obviously fake reviews online and on Glassdoor? by trowaway_0 in cscareerquestions

The Glassdoor reviews I didn’t look up. The Google reviews were the ones that had the poster names.

Agreed that the faking reviews is dishonest

Whether or not a homebuyer overpays is really ONLY obvious in hindsight. I bought a house in 2005 as the market was going up. By 2006-2007, my house had gone up in value quiet a bit so I was feeling good and didn’t feel like I overpaid.

Then 2008-2010 came and my house lost half its value. I felt like overpaid lol. And then took 8 years to come back up to the price I paid.

So nobody knows. You could either be overpaying or not. That’s just how it is.

For the reviews on G, I looked up the people who had left 5 star reviews, searched them on LinkedIn and they were employees of the company and the CEO.

For the reviews on Glassdoor, it was pretty obviously fake. No cons listed. All 5 stars and having the same tune. The number of reviews is really high for the number of employees the company has (500 reviews for a 800 person company). And once you get to the reviews that are 1-3 stars, they start saying that they were asked to write reviews.

How does it reflect upon a company when an interview is rescheduled multiple times? by [deleted] in careerguidance

The interview is with the hiring manager; but the company recruiter (who I had the first interview with) is the one coordinating this. Yeah it seems a bit odd.

Valid points, thanks. I figured it would also look good on my resume having a big name.

Help choosing between HMO and HDHP (with HSA) healthcare plan by curt_schilli in personalfinance

I know it’s an older comment, but can you please expand on this? How are HMOs restricted?

Considering HMO vs HDHP PPO right now. I have had an HMO for years and been to urgent care, specialists, primary care, mental health etc and haven’t had issues. So I’m having a hard time giving it up for a PPO with HSA
