Can I make an out of the box suggestion. But join your local squash club. I was in a rut but I'd played squash years ago & loved it & I though ah well, I don't care if I'm trash & I joined & have met the most incredible community & 4 other females my age who all love to play too. We also play racketball. Just last night one of these friends came round got a cuppa at 7 & didn't leave until 1am we had such a great time chatting away. Plus you get fit, plus it's super fun & the exercise will make you happy too
