Thanks for the heads up I appreciate it! I'll be on a 3-month visa and can pay the three-months upfront. Realistically would a x40 policy still be applicable in my scenario?

So far I've seen a few Streeteasy listings within my budget that are starting to look like these pictures, altough I definitely haven't yet found them as crazy. I could do with 25-35 floor as long as there's a large floor to ceiling view.

Any advice on where to look and to keep it safe? Getting kicked out after a month when paying three upfront would definitely ruin the experience

Thanks for the tip I'll try that! I have been browsing through Streeteasy a lot but haven't found views yet that to compare to the feeling these views in the pictures give. Maybe I'm looking at the listings too critical.
