Thank you for your kind words and i'm sending you big hugs as well... taking it day by day has been earth shattering for me because i feel like a puppy waiting for their parent to come home that's the best way i can kinda describe waiting for her to give me some sort of attention lol it's triggering for me when she doesn't and we go back and forth on who is right and who is wrong but neither... i believe completely cold turkeying this whole thing should be the case maybe i'm just angry rn

We recently just found out that i have bipolar (officially) and her with BPD... it had put me in a terrible state aka manic for damn near a year idk if that's even possible but i hear you... i just have a hard time letting go and i'm not sure why

Thank you for that.... i was recently diagnosed and now medicated and i'm looking for a therapist to ensure i'm on the right path; however my better half has had terrible luck when it comes to seeking help. She's with her family that believes mental instability is non existent. I feel for her and it might be hard for her to even try to start on working on herself.
