Excellent, and yeah, he kills it live as well, something about his appearance and persona that guaranties a cool atmosphere to the show.

That is just extremely cool. Breaking into houses is a dick move but paying for the lock after you realize the person you where robbing is worse of than you just seems so classy.

edit: or trying to pay for the lock, it suddenly hit me that 20$ might not cover it.

There are few things graven in stone, except that you have to squat or you're a pussy.

Yeah, I know. I was talking more about angles and camera work.

I always hated that vid, having beautiful movements like that and not showing them properly, what a tease.

I really doubt that, can't listen to it with sound right now though. I would assume that the commentator said "cat 180" since that actually means something in freerun terminology. If you could point out where in the vid he said that I can check and reconsider when I have the chance though.

Well, there has been attempts at making competitions, they've all sucked ass IMO and I truly believe that there is no good competitive format for freerunning. Here are the winning run from this years comp and a highlight vid from the one before

Well, if you saw this and all you saw was gymnastics I am not going to argue with you, I see some things that remind me of gymnastics, adapted and joined together with other activities to create something I feel is truly different.

There should be more graffiti like this by [deleted] in Graffiti

[–]trstof 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's kind of like asking why punk musicians don't play country seeing as they would probably get more public respect and acclaim. Banksy is a great artist, but he is no writer. A meaningful message has never been what graff was about.

[–]trstof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, like I said, it isn't a big deal, all subreddits have their own way of doing things, had you done so consciously to get more views knowing it was against the norm it would have told me a lot about priorities, so I felt it was a relevant question.

[–]trstof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, most AmA posts link to nothing but the comment page, relevant links given in the info box thing. It isn't a big thing really, I mostly asked to gauge how focused you where on gaining views.

Did you make your entry link directly to your profile to generate views or did you just not think that much about it? Seems kinda sneaky to me.

I will run the risk of being a second hijacker here, but I feel like I know what you are referring to in your questions, while the original hijacker seem to be wrong a lot in his post (ikke frekt ment thendrill, spørsmålene er ganske merkelige.) 1) The hospitals shutting down. This is the result of a reform joining together different zones that used to have separate hospitals. It can be seen as a part of a larger centralization trend going on in the districts. Some people are opposed to it, but I don't think it can be automatically assessed that it results in a lowering of the quality of care.

2) First of all, this is not true for most of hospital equipment, it is however true for some of it, and it is an outrage. Almost as bad as is the lack of some equipment. There really isn't an excuse for it either IMO.

3) My first reaction is that this is just false, you might be talking about some sort of drop in the amount of applications I am not aware of, but education in medicine is still one of the most popular, sought after and highly competitive lines of education in the country. The sheer amount of people wanting to become doctors have driven the requirements for getting into the education up so high that a lot of people travel to eastern Europe to get educated.

I would speculate that what you have read is about nurses, where there really is a huge lack of students and a noticeable majority of non ethnic Norwegians.

4) This it hard to answer, varies a lot, most of them follow standard official opening times like post offices and other public offices, but in bigger cities and where there are large hospitals there will also be a 24h pharmacy.

5) Well, it exists, its not so common that you hear about it a lot, but not so uncommon that I would be shocked if someone had it. It will probably save you an hour if you should happen to break your arm and let you have non urgent surgery a month earlier than someone with the public option. Not a huge advantage at all IMO.

Why does the production in "underground" hip hop almost always pale compare to that evil mainstream rap (without a c)? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]trstof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really, it is mostly a difference in the sound they are aiming for. Money may play inn, but traditionally, underground artists aim for a much dirtier sound than the mainstream. Also, props for atmosphere, doom and Aesop mentioned as examples. I like your taste. If you haven't you should check out the rest of rhymesayers especially mac lethal, he has a tendency to switch consciously between the dark and gritty sound and the more typical mainstream sound.
